Restaurant-Managing Partner Complete responsibility for all decisions concerning management of the restaurant -Designed, developed and implemented point of sale -Negotiated all labor contracts -Reorganized staff to meet daily requirements -Developed and implemented standard cost systems for major entree items to more accurately analyze retail unit costs and interpret product inefficiencies
  • 1977 - 1979 Seawolf, Inc. Restaurant-Comptroller Provided direction and control of accounting function for 300 seat restaurant with 232 employees, with total annual sales in excess of 5 million dollars -Directed all budgets on a daily basis -Fixed labor cost to direct sales -Maintained food costs without compromise to quality -Created financing package for after construction costs
