Record your experiences. Write down
names of individuals and witnesses who have direct knowledge of
what happened. Make notes of significant conversations and
incidents that might indicate discrimination; dates and times they
occurred.
File your complaint immediately after
the incident has occurred, because your complaint may not be
accepted after 180 days.
