Recommended Detour Routes for Northbound West Shore Blvd Road Closures
Road Closures
Beginning at 2pm today, S MacDill Avenue will be closed between W Binnicker Ave and W Averill Ave while the Tampa Water Department repairs a water main break. Barricades and flaggers will be located in the area to assist with traffic flow.
A portion of S West Shore Boulevard between W Gandy Boulevard and W Kennedy Boulevard will close beginning Monday, June 6, 2022 for road maintenance.
Beginning at 9 am today, northbound traffic on North Boulevard between West Harlan Street and West Plaza Place will be shifted to the center turn lane while the Tampa Water Department conducts maintenance on the water distribution system.
Beginning at 7 pm tonight, the northbound outside lane on N 40th Street will be closed between E Martin Luther King Blvd and E Chelsea St while the Tampa Water Department repairs a water main break. Barricades and signs will be located in the area to assist with traffic flow.
Beginning at 9pm tonight (06/27/2022)the intersection of South Himes Avenue and West Gandy Blvd will be closed to traffic while the Tampa Water Department returns to complete a more permanent restoration following earlier work to repair a water main break.
