Tampa Convention Center is located at 333 S Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602, in Downtown Tampa.

From Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Naples:

Take I-75 North to I-4 West to Tampa I-275 Junction. Exit 45A.  Follow signs for Tampa Street.  Stay in the middle lane to enter the garage.

From St. Petersburg & Clearwater Airport:

Take I-275 North.  Exit 44.  Follow signs for Tampa Street.  Stay in the middle lane to enter the garage.

From Orlando, Lakeland, Plant City, Daytona, Jacksonville:

Take I-4 West to Tampa to I-275 Junction.  Exit 45A.  Follow signs for Tampa Street. Stay in the middle lane to enter the garage.

Licensee is welcome to provide scooters/wheelchairs for guests at events.  Tampa Convention Center does not have scooters or wheelchairs available for event use.

Yes, all lost personal items from any events and conventions are taken to our Security Command Center. You can contact the center at (813) 274-7791. Per policy, unclaimed items are kept for 30 days.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and meeting rooms at Tampa Convention Center, and outside at The Sail Plaza.

Tampa Convention Center Garage is $2 per hour, with a maximum daily rate of $12 (subject to change). It is subject to flat event rates during special events.

Pam Iorio Garage and Fort Brooke Garage are within walking distance and have the same hourly rates. Pre-pay/reserved parking is not available.

All are owned by the City of Tampa.

Tampa Marriott Water Street, JW Marriott & Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown are located directly across the street from Tampa Convention Center, offering convenient stays for event guests.
Westin Tampa Waterside is .3 miles away and Hilton Tampa Downtown is .5 miles away.

No. However, Marjorie Park Yacht Basin, just minutes away on Davis Island, does. They are open daily from 8 AM-5 PM and closed on City of Tampa holidays. Contact them at (813) 259-1604.

Tampa Convention Center does not have a box office for which you can purchase tickets in advance. However, you may be able to purchase tickets online through the event’s website, or in person at the Tampa Convention Center on the day of the event.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the building at Tampa Convention Center unless you have dietary restrictions/food allergies.  We offer a variety of food and beverage outlets, including healthy items and Starbucks and Kahwa coffee brands.

Tampa Convention Center follows Florida Statute Chapter 790 when referring to concealed weapons or firearms. Please refer all questions concerning this statute directly to the Tampa Convention Center Safety & Security Manager for clarification.

TECO Streetcar: The Streetcar offers a free, fun, and characteristic way to travel between Tampa’s Downtown, Sparkman Wharf, and Ybor City. Tampa Convention Center visitors can hop aboard the streetcar at stop #10 - Dick Greco Plaza, located across from the Tampa Convention Center Front Drive and The Sail Plaza.

Pirate Water Taxi: The Pirate Water Taxi allows visitors to experience Tampa from the water while exploring some of the city’s top attractions by hopping on and off at various stops along the Hillsborough River. Rates are charged on a daily basis, allowing visitors to ride all day. The Pirate Water Taxi’s home dock is stop #7—located right outside the Tampa Convention Center’s Channel entrance at the Convention Center boating docks.
